We have a brand new, brilliant product in our net! In addition to our classic Cold Oak Smoked Trout, we'd like to present our delicious Hot Smoked Trout Fillets. Brilliantly versatile and with a fabulous flavour, the 'Hot' part refers to the preserving method (smoking at a much higher temperature than its cold smoked cousin) rather than a measure of spice.
Our new Hot Smoked Trout comes in packs of 2 fillets (and very attractive they are too). A combination of cold smoked and hot smoked Charlie's Trout would make a lovely gift (we add a ribbon and a tag for an extra flourish).
