A 250g pack of our Cold Oak Smoked Trout, carefully selected and smoked to order, hand sliced and presented in our distinctive packaging, together with 2 tubs (175g) of our incredibly popular handmade Smoked Trout Paté, a delicious blend of Charlie’s Cold Oak Smoked Trout, soft cheese, crème fresh, herbs, lemon, horseradish and a twist of pepper. Topped off with a tin of handmade Irish Digestives with Atlantic Sea Salt from the award winning Lismore Food Company in Waterford, Ireland
Our trout is so fresh we don’t carry stock on the site, we only catch and smoke the trout when you place your order. The preparation and smoking process takes between 3-6 days, with delivery to you on Fridays.
