Smoked Trout Linguine
 

One of the quickest and easiest pasta recipes that will become one of
your firm favourites

INGREDIENTS

Approx 600g spaghetti
300g Charlie’s Trout, sliced
Approx 20 sun blush or sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped
200ml tub of creme fraiche
1 tbsp finely chopped dill
A generous handful of rocket
Parmesan shavings
Salt and pepper


SERVES 6 AS A MAIN COURSE

METHOD

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for approx 12 minutes.

Drain the pasta and add the sliced smoked trout, sun dried tomatoes, the creme Fraiche and the dill.

Season with pepper to taste and stir in the rocket.

Grate some fresh Parmesan on the top of the pasta and serve.
